I had a great experience here with Dr. Shackleton. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments but between our consultation and the root canal I can say that he was very professional, kind and communicated very well. I really appreciate his professionalism as well as his dental assistant. She was also lovely. Thank you both for taking such good care of me.

I highly recommend Dr. Shackleton as he has helped me immensely in managing my severe pain with TMJ. If you are dealing with a similar issue, I highly advise a referral to see him so you can become one of his patients. He is very friendly, caring and considerate and takes the time to listen to all of your problems and find the right solutions individually catered to each patient.

I’ve had quite a lot of dental work done, Dr Shakelton was great! As gentle as he could’ve been and my jaw wasn’t as sore from freezing after seeing him as it was with others. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a root canal.

Dr. Shackleton and his team are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had a dental emergency and they fit me in promptly. The issue was resolved painlessly and quickly. The staff also took the time to go over the follow-up care. Dr. Shackleton even phoned to check in the next day, really highlighting that he goes above and beyond for his patients. He is also extremely knowledgeable and keeps up on recent research in his field in order to offer you the best care. I have had nothing but great experiences in my subsequent visits to his office. my husband went in twice for oral surgery and we found the front office staff to be very friendly and accomodating. Dr. Shackleton was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to describe the issues and course of treatment in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to phone and check on my husband's progress after hours when he came down with an infection to make sure everything was okay and to let us know he was available if it became an issue. we would recommend his office with no hesitation.

Absolutely love coming here! I had a terrible root canal done last year, and Dr Shackelton has been able to repair the damage and fix it up good as new! He is very friendly and personable, very knowledgeable and is great at keeping a nervous patient (me!!) calm! He talked me through the entire treatment plan so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way, and made sure I was comfortable all along the way. He is absolutely phenomenal; I’ve already recommended him to friends!!

Dr. Shackleton did a fantastic job. The tooth he root canaled was a real problem tooth. It’s been worked on many times by different dentists that have never been able to anesthesize it properly. The doctor had no problem making the procedure pain-free. He was really helpful in answering all my questions and dispelling myths I’ve heard from other dentists. He almost made me want to root canal my other teeth... almost (who’d be crazy enough to do that?)

I reside near Chestermere Alberta and it was worth the drive for the evening before I had my root canals I spent in excruciating pain. This was caused by a different Dentist who performed 4 silver replacement fillings on April 21 08. For nearly two months I suffered greatly, until they referred me to Dr Shackleton.So believe me when I tell you be wise and choose a professional such as Dr Shackleton and his staff when it comes to your teeth.I have never experienced a root canal and was a little apprehensive.The procedure to my surprise was absolutely painless both during and after.I highly recommend Dr. Shackleton and his staff for they were very pleasant, professional and informative.
